Service guarantee

All installation will be covered under 2 years warranty from the date of installation.

Warranty will be void if the mounting has been tampered with.

Free delivery

Free delivery is available for:

  • orders that include at least one item with installation service, or
  • orders without any installation service and above $250.

Flat rate delivery charge

Delivery charge is fixed at $8 per order regardless of the quantity of your items. For order that includes TV Mobile Stand, the delivery charge will be $15 per order.

Flexible delivery date

A delivery date that suits your schedule has to be selected upon checkout.

Working day is Monday to Saturday excluding Public Holiday.

If no one appears to receive the items on the delivery date, there will be $8 charge for rescheduling of delivery.

Next working day delivery and installation

Delivery and installation can be the next working day if orders are made before 6pm on a working day.
For example, if an order is made at 5pm on a Monday which is a working day, the order will be delivered on the next working day, i.e., Tuesday. On the other hand, if an order is made at 5pm on a Sunday which is not a working day, the order will only be processed on Monday and be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders made after 6pm will be processed on the next working day.

Rescheduling of delivery date

Simply call us if you need to reschedule your delivery.

However, if a rescheduling request is made after 6pm on the day before the delivery date, there will be an additional $8 charge.

Informed delivery time

Delivery hours are from 10am to 6pm.

We will call you before the delivery to confirm your availability.

Self-pickup option

Self-pickup option is available.

Installation Standards

Standard height for wall mounting is within 1.5 metres from the floor to the base of the TV. If TV needs to be above 1.5 metres, there will be $20 charge. For requirement above 2 metres, additional charge will be advised.

Item Exchange

Items can be exchanged within 5 days from the date of delivery or pickup.

For 1-to-1 exchange due to incorrect or defective item, delivery will not be charged.

To exchange for another product, there will be $8 charge for delivery. If reinstallation is required, charges will be based on the delivery and installation cost of the product stated on the webpage of the product.

Exchange can only be done for product of the same or higher value, and any price difference will need to be topped up.

You may also visit our warehouse to make the exchange. Give us a call before you come so that we can ensure somebody to be there to help you with the exchange.

Item Refund

Items sold are not refundable.
